Learning Experience Design for Digital Transformation
I worked with my team of learning consultants to upskill a range of roles at Seattle Children's Research Institute, taking on new responsibilities and a new application that standardized documents and processes. The learning solution delivered ILT and digital learning assets across a variety of modalities and use cases, and included preparing primary stakeholders to coach and communicate the changes to internal and external stakeholders. Our learning assets included in-person training, public videos and technical guides, change champion discussion forums, and train-the-trainer sessions. Many of the materials are still available to view online.
Instructional Design and Business Process Mapping
I designed and delivered a comprehensive Sales Enablement and Coaching Program for McKinstry, which included business process improvement, team dashboard, and training delivery. The custom-built program unified a new sales team, added to the effectiveness of its leaders and improved the company's KPIs and CRM processes.
Curriculum Development and Facilitator Coaching
I led the digital transformation of the Washington State Bar Association's new lawyer experience, helping them adopt new technologies and processes to improve their operations and member engagement. The transformation has resulted in increased course offerings, improved hybrid-learning development, and adoption of new tools and techniques in an ever-evolving, yet highly traditional professional development environment.
