This Energy & Facility Solutions company had a rapidly expanding national Sales team. I strategized with HR and Sales leaders on a from-the-ground-up Sales Enablement program.
In the needs assessment phase, broken processes and missing performance data interrupted the learning development. At this point, I facilitated working sessions with Sales teams to map processes and define roles. My analysis led to process improvements, along with CRM system and KPI changes to support the new Sales process.
The final learning solution included a SharePoint Sales Learning dashboard, piloting and updating a three-day Instructor-Led training with pre- and post-work exercises, and a Coaching program to support learning transfer.
